The trapezoid begins just below the skull, descends along the neck and over the shoulders, then continues along the spine in a "V" shape.

The trapeze works to stabilize your shoulders and upper back. Strength training may not be for you, but to maintain good posture and avoid back pain, it's important to keep the trapeze strong.
